How Much Should You Serve?

How many hors d'oeuvres you serve depends on more than just how many guests. You have to take into account the time of day, other food served and your crowd Vfor example men tend to eat more than women. In general for an appetizer you should plan for 6 to 8 pieces per person. The Event Coordinator at Pomodoro can help you determine the correct amount for your function.
