Who we are
Pomodoro is locally owned and operated since 1994 and strives to use locally grown, all natural meats, produce & dairy when in season. Our menus show our love for Italian American food with a Napa twist. Our Wine list reflects this as well, offering Italian and American wines only (a few exceptions).

We use unbleached, un-bromated flour in our crust. We use raw sugar, sea salt and filtered softened water in our food preparations.
